Bernie’s background includes Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency Medical Services, Communications, Electronic Security, Risk Management and Adult Education.

Mr. Leonard currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor for the Wisconsin Technical College System at the Gateway Technical College and is the founder of Emergency Response Technologies LLC in Bristol, Wisconsin.
